Understanding Your Order Status

Processing: We've received your order and are preparing it for shipment. This includes confirming payment and getting your items picked and packed.
Shipped: Your order is on the move! This status means it has been handed over to our shipping partner. You will receive a tracking number (via email) that you can use to monitor its progress in detail.
Out for Delivery: Your package is on the delivery truck and will be arriving at your specified address today. Please ensure someone is available to receive it.
Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered. If you can't find the package, please check with household members or your building's reception. If it's still missing, contact us.
On Hold: Your order might be awaiting payment verification or there could be an issue with the shipping address. Please check your email for any messages from us.
Frequently Asked Questions
I just placed my order. Why don't I have a tracking number yet?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your package has left our warehouse and a tracking number is generated.
My tracking number isn't working.
It can take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier's system after it's scanned. If it's been longer than that and your tracking link still shows no information, please contact us.
The tracking shows my order was delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
First, check around your property, with neighbors, or your building's mailroom. Sometimes carriers leave packages in discreet locations. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at egostarjeans@outlook.com immediately with your order number, and we will investigate with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the shipping address once the order has been dispatched and a tracking number is assigned. For address changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist if it hasn't yet shipped.
